In 2015, for the first time, a number of Vietnamese brands were included in the list of brands with annual valuation by Brand Finance, the world’s leading brand valuation organization. In 2017, Viettel Telecom’s brand name was valued at more than 2.5 billion USD. Many other famous Vietnamese brands entered the “Billion Dollar Brand Club”. Terms such as “brand positioning” or “making a difference” are also mentioned in the discussions of business owners or brand directors, communications directors.
But there is still an important question, which is how can Vietnamese brands, especially those of small and medium enterprises, be able to “realize” their brand positioning. In other words, how to take advantage of existing communication tools to really build existing value for your brand, build brands that are worth millions to tens of millions? even hundreds of millions of US dollars?
